The small print:
  • Price per page/project is based on completing the page/project per your instructions. An error by PRO Office Services is always corrected—at no charge.
  • Price is based on legible copy and clear instructions; illegible copy and lack of necessary information will be billed higher per hour/page.
  • FINAL PROOFING OF A PAGE/PROJECT IS RESPONSIBILITY OF CLIENT. PLEASE CHECK YOUR WORK. All work is proofread, but that does not guarantee accuracy. Pay particular attention to numbers, dates, terminology and other specialized information.
  • Client-initiated changes and revisions after page/work is done, or approved as a final is an “Extra Charge” and there will be an additional fee.
  • Normal business hours are: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
  • Disks are furnished to clients upon request for a fee. PRO Office services is not responsible for any disk-related problems related to compatibility issues with client’s computer or software.
  • E-mail transmissions may cause formatting changes. Final file and prints will be aligned correctly.
  • Pickup and delivery fees are in addition to project cost.
  • Fees for projects sent via USPS and FedEx are in addition to project cost.
  • Projects require 50% deposit to start; balance due upon completion of project.
  • All projects are considered confidential.
PRIORITY SERVICE - a priority charge is incurred for the following:
  • Weekend (Saturday/Sunday) or Holiday work.
  • Normal business hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m; there is a PRIORITY CHARGE for work required to be finished before or after normal business hours.
  • Immediate turnaround (rush).
